HPCNow! co-organizes with the University of Ghent the 5th EasyBuild User Meeting

Barcelona, December 19th 2019 — The 5th EasyBuild User Meeting will be held at the Barcelona Technology Park from 29 to 31 January 2020. This year’s event is jointly organised by HPC-UGent and HPCNow!

The EasyBuilder User Meeting is an open and highly interactive event that provides a great opportunity to meet other EasyBuild enthusiasts, discuss related topics and learn about new aspects of the tool. EasyBuild is a software building and installation environment that allows you to manage (scientific) software on HPC systems efficiently.

The program for this fifth meeting includes presentations from both EasyBuild users and developers, as well as hands-on sessions. Attendance is free but requires prior registration (for organizational reasons). Registration is open until 15 January 2020 and can be done at the following link: https://webappsx.ugent.be/eventManager/events/eum.

The event is intended for people who are already familiar with the tool, and this time the topics to be covered will be less introductory than during the EasyBuild hackathons/workshops that have been organized in the past.
