Job Description

HPCNow! is looking for a passionate and proactive Administrative Assistant to join the HPC administrative team. Tasks include organizing meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes, working on (virtual) reception, paying bills, doing banking and invoicing, tracking staff annual and sick leave, following up on travel expenses, accommodation, training courses, and conference registration of employees, research, records management, and filing, among other tasks.

Job Requirements

Eligible to live and/or work in New Zealand 
Excellent oral and written English skills

Skills and Experience

– Advanced office software skills (specific experience using Google Drive and/or Office 365 on a daily basis)
– Motivated, organized, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision
– Experience in budgeting and office finance systems

– The Spanish language will be appreciated. 
– Ability to handle administrative details independently while keeping management adequately informed
– Ability to prioritize and react with appropriate levels of urgency to multiple situations, requests, and events that require quick response or turnaround
– Experience in Hiring processes
